Do you still have questions about your booking, contactless check-in or your stay at trendic hotel?

  • Where can I book the trendic hotel?
    Bookings can only be made online with us. Take advantage of our direct booking discount by going to www.trendic-hotels .com book your room. The discount will be automatically deducted at the time of booking.
  • Can I book a room for a longer period?
    A stay up to 29 days is possible without further consultation. If you would like to book an even longer period, we ask you to simply book the room again.
  • Do I need a credit card for every booking?
    No, because we have several payment options.
  • When will my bank account be debited?
    After completing the booking.
  • What happens after booking?
    Immediately after booking, you will receive a booking confirmation including an invoice (depending on the payment method) via e-mail. Please also check your SPAM folder! You will receive the access PIN via e-mail and text message the day before your arrival.
  • How does a short-term booking work?
    You will immediately receive the access PIN via email and SMS. Please also check your SPAM folder!
  • Didn't receive a booking confirmation?
    In this case, please also check the SPAM folder of your e-mail inbox.If you have actually not received the booking confirmation, please contact us by email.
  • How many rooms can I book at once on trendic-hotels.com?
    A guest can book a maximum of five rooms.
  • How can I make group bookings?
    Group bookings must be requested directly by email.
  • Are there extra beds and baby cots?
    Only baby cots can be booked for €15, larger extra beds are not available.
  • Is breakfast offered?
    In our snack machine we offer you a small selection of breakfast variations. Our neighboring Lipp bakery offers you an extensive fresh breakfast with seating from Monday to Saturday.
  • Can parking spaces be reserved?
    No, you cannot reserve a parking space with us. However, there are enough available.
  • What is the minimum age required to stay at the hotel?
    You must be of legal age to book a room. Children of all ages are of course welcome as guests when accompanied by an adult.
  • How much does parking at the trendic hotel cost?
    Our parking spaces are free for hotel guests.
  • How much does it cost for children to stay overnight?
    Children aged 6 and under stay free, even if the room is already bookedis occupied by two adults. Children from 7 years old pay the normal room rate.
  • What means of payment can I use to pay for the snack machine in the check-in area?
    Euro (coins, banknotes), Girocard, Visacard, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • How can I pay at the coffee machine in the trendic lounge?
    Our coffee machine accepts coins from €0.05 to €2.00.
  • When can I move into my room at the trendic hotel?
    You can move into your room from 3 p.m.. Subject to availability, upon request by email, you can use your room from 12 noon for a fee of €20.
  • Is parking available?
    Free parking spaces for hotel guests are available directly in front of the accommodation.
  • How can I charge my e-car with electricity at the charging station in the parking lot?
    Starting a charging process at a Mennekes charging station Authorization - QR Code 1. Scan the QR code with your smartphone or alternatively: touch the label with your smartphone (if the NFC function is activated) 2. Display of charging tariff 3. Enter credit card data, name and e-mail address (it may be necessary to activate the 3D Secure process on your credit card, please contact your credit card provider) or authorize via PayPal 4.   • How does check in work?
    Use the four-digit PIN that you received by email and SMS to open the check-in door (possible from 12 p.m.). You can then check in at our check-in terminal (possible from 3 p.m.).After checking in, you will receive your activation code, a four-digit PIN, the room number and the WiFi password from our check-in terminal. Now you can move into your room. To do this, you must open the room door for the first time with your activation code. You can then operate all doors with the four-digit PIN for the duration of your stay.
  • Until what time can I use the room?
    On the day of your departure, you must leave the room by 10 a.m. at the latest.
  • Is a later departure possible?
    Subject to availability, upon request by email, you can use your room until 12 noon for a fee of €20.
  • Can I spontaneously extend my stay?
    You can of course extend your stay if there are still rooms available. Simply book a room again via our website. Due to our automatic booking system, you will receive a new code after a successful booking. This means that you must have vacated your room by 10 a.m. at the latest. With the new code you have to check in again and get a new room, PIN and activation code.
  • What should I do if I forgot something in the room?
    If you forgot something in your room, please contact us by email.
  • Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?
    Our hotel does not have a luggage room, so this is not possible.
  • Can I use the lounge / basement before 3pm?
    Yes, you can use the lounge and toilets in the basement from 12 p.m.
  • What travel documents do I need to bring with me?
    A valid passport or ID card is required for check-in.
  • How does check out work?​
    No check-out is necessary in our hotel. You must leave the room by 10:00 at the latest. Please note: You cannot enter your room after 10 a.m. with your code. Make sure you have taken all your belongings.
  • Can I have mail or packages sent to the hotel?
    No, unfortunately this is not possible. In principle, we do not accept any mail or packages. You are welcome to have it sent to the nearest post office (Feneberg, Bahnhofstraße 14, 87616 Marktoberdorf, approx. 1.3 km).
  • Are there accessible rooms? How can I book this?
    Yes, our trendic hotel has a total of ten barrier-free rooms on the ground floor, one of which is handicap-friendly. You can select this option during the booking process.
  • Can you smoke in the trendic hotel?
    No, the trendic hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or in the communal areas (trendic lounge, kitchen, cellar). In case of non-compliance with the smoking ban in the room, we will be forced to charge cleaning costs of € 100 plus the blocking of the room for two nights at the daily rate. This also applies to e-cigarettes.
  • Are pets allowed?​
    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our trendy hotel.
  • Will my room be cleaned?​
    Yes, your room will be cleaned every day by a cleaner who will also change the towels if you wish.
  • What is there in the trendic lounge?
    In our trendic lounge, a self-service kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine and microwave is available to you. In addition, our vending machines offer a large selection of chilled drinks, snacks, regional specialties and hygiene items.
  • How long is the trendic lounge open?
    The trendic lounge is open around the clock.
  • Is a bathrobe provided for the sauna area?
    A bathrobe is not provided. Please use the large bath towel from your room. You will find a changing room and a shower area in the sauna.
  • When can I use the sauna?
    The opening times of the sauna are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Is there a guest folder in our trendic hotel?
    We have a digital guest folder. As soon as you log into our WLAN with your device, you will automatically be taken to the digital guest directory. You can also scan the QR code directly in your room.
  • How are the rooms equipped?
    Each of our allergy-friendly rooms at the trendic hotel offers a cozy and modern atmosphere with its spacious 24 m². Each of these rooms has the following features: comfortable king-size double bed, shelf cabinet as storage space, 43 inch flat screen TV, Netflix (for use with your own account), large desk with chair, comfortable lounge chair, tea and coffee station, bathroom with shower / Toilet, hair dryer, towels, fridge, safe, underfloor heating and free high-speed WiFi for comfortable work.
  • How is the suite equipped?​
    Our suite at the trendic hotel basically has the same features as our other rooms. It also has a separate living area with two single box-spring beds (put together as a double bed).
  • Is WiFi available in the trendic hotel?
    Our trendic hotel offers you free high-speed WiFi.
  • How do I get the access data for the WLAN?
    You will get the WiFi code printed out at the check-in machine.
  • Are the rooms in the trendic hotel air-conditioned?
    No, there is no air conditioning in our hotel. However, a ventilation system ensures a good living climate at all times.
  • Is there a hair dryer in the room?
    Yes, every bathroom has a hairdryer.
  • Is there a fridge in the room?
    There is a small refrigerator in each room, which you can fill yourself.
  • Is there coffee and tea in the room?
    Yes, each guest can make coffee, tea and hot water in the room.
  • Is there a safe in the room?
    Each of the 21 rooms has its own safe for valuables, which can be operated via a numerical code.
  • Is there a phone in the room?
    No, none of the rooms have telephones. There is a telephone for emergencies in the entrance area.
  • Where is the bike storage located?
    The bike storage is located on the right after the entrance to the trendic hotel. There are signs at the check-in area showing you the way.
  • Where can I book the bike storage?
    The bike storage is available to every guest free of charge and does not have to be booked separately.
  • How do I open the bike storage?
    The bike storage can be opened with the four-digit front door PIN from 12 noon or with the storage PIN from 3 pm.
  • How long do I have access to the bike storage?
    The bike storage can be opened with the storage PIN until 10 a.m. on the day of departure (except for late check-out). After that you will no longer have access.
  • Is the bike storage under video surveillance?
    Yes, it is under video surveillance 24 hours a day.
  • Can I charge my e-bike or a battery in the bike storage?
    Yes, there are several sockets in the bike storage where you can charge your bikes or batteries free of charge.
  • Who is liable for lost/damaged items in the bike storage?
    The trendic hotel (2H Betriebs GmbH) is not liable for any bicycles or other items left in this storage or damaged by third parties.
  • When do I pay for my stay?
    In our trendy hotel you pay when you book.
  • Which credit cards can I use to pay at the trendic hotel?
    Mastercard Visa Card American Express
  • Will my credit card be charged automatically when booking online?
    Once you have completed the booking, your credit card will be charged automatically.
  • Can I also book on trendic-hotels.com without a credit card?
    Yes, you can pay for your stay by bank transfer.
  • Can I pay my hotel bill on the spot?
    Our trendic hotel does not have a reception, our system is digital. Payment on site is therefore not possible.
  • Which guests have to pay a resort tax?
    All guests over the age of 16 who are staying in the spa area of the town of Marktoberdorf for spa or recreational purposes.
  • Which people are exempt from paying the spa fee?
    Are exempt from the resort fee: • Persons who are staying with the family for the sole purpose of visiting. • People who stay in the municipal area exclusively to exercise their professional activity and • People who stay in the municipal area exclusively for educational purposes, especially guests of the Bay. Music Academy, and state institutions (e.g. boarding school). • Pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. • The accompanying person for persons with a severely handicapped pass marked B or H.
  • How much is the spa fee?
    The visitor's tax is €1.20 per person/night.
  • When do I have to pay the resort tax?
    Here at the trendic hotel, the resort tax is already included in the room price.
  • How can I change or cancel my booking?
    If you booked directly through our website and wish to make a change or cancellation, email us at info @trendic-hotels.com. If you booked via a booking portal (booking.com, Expedia etc.), make the change or cancellation directly with this partner.
  • What is the cancellation policy at trendic hotel?
    If canceled up to 3 days before arrival: free If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total price In the event of early departure of the customer after check-in, a refund of the agreed price for all booked services is excluded.
  • Do I get a refund for the payment I have already made in the event of a cancellation?
    Yes, if the cancellation is made within the deadline.
  • Are there any cancellation fees?​
    There will be a charge if you are outside the cancellation period.
  • Is there a hotel bar?
    Our trendy hotel does not have a hotel bar, but there is a cozy onetrendy lounge with vending machines for drinks and snacks.
  • Is there an ironing and laundry service?​
    Our hotel does not offer ironing and laundry services. You can check our digital guest directory for the nearest ironing and laundry service.
